As an administrative assistant, I will play an important role in organizing, managing, and keeping an office running. Most administrative assistants are responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences or messages.

As your email manager, I will assist in responding to emails, drafting emails for approval, cleaning and sorting your inbox(es) and deleting old irrelevant emails.

I will help in recruiting for open positions (whether it’s full-time or contract work). I will start with listing jobs on local job sites such as Indeed and LinkedIn. This also includes setting up interviews and pre-screening potential employees.

Due to recent economic changes, I made the decision to work remotely as a Virtual Assistant.
